Jackie and her husband, Jerry, moved to California in 1977, when she was hired to initiate the Women’s Gymnastics program at Stanford University. Over the past 45 years, the Walkers have made their home in Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, Menlo Park and currently live in the East Foothills of San Jose. Jerry is the official team archivist for the San Francisco 49ers.
Before getting into real estate, Jackie spent 17 years as the Head Women’s Gymnastics Coach at San Jose State University. Prior to her successful career at SJSU, she started nationally ranked women’s gymnastics programs at both Stanford University and Louisiana State University. An outstanding collegiate gymnast herself, Jackie earned her BS degree in Mathematics from Miami University, and her MS in physical education from LSU. Jackie left collegiate athletics to pursue her passion in real estate.
After 16 years with Coldwell Banker, Jackie and her daughter, Kelly Goni joined Sereno in 2018.
Kelly grew up in Palo Alto and Menlo Park. She began her college career studying business at the University of Redlands, where she competed in basketball and softball for the Bulldogs. As a junior, she transferred to San Jose State and graduated as a scholar-athlete and member of the Spartans cross country team...with a degree in public relations. Kelly interned with the San Francisco 49ers in community relations in college and worked in the press box as a member of the team’s gameday staff for five years.
Following graduation, she served as the Director of Public Relations for the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR). Kelly affiliated with Coldwell Banker as a sales associate in 2005 and quickly partnered with her mom, Jackie Walker, to form The Walker Team. In 2018 Kelly and her mom affiliated with Christie's International Real Estate Sereno.
Kelly is married to Daniel Goni (the newest member of Walker Goni Real Estate) who works out of Christie's International Real Estate Sereno’s Los Gatos office. They have two children and reside in Willow Glen.
Growing up as a third generation Saratogan, Daniel has lived in the South Bay for the greater part of his life. His late father, Ray was a teacher and coached football at Saratoga High School for 31 years. His mother, Debbie, still lives in their family home in Saratoga and recently retired after 30 years of teaching. Daniel was a three sport athlete at Saratoga High School. Following in his parents footsteps, Daniel has always had a desire to help people and be an active member of the community. He has served his alma mater on the Falcon Football coaching staff for the past 14 years.
Goni was a member of the Faylor Team with Coldwell Banker for five years until they made the move to Christie's International Real Estate Sereno in 2016. Soon after, he joined his wife, Kelly Goni and mother-in-law, Jackie Walker to form the now dubbed Walker Goni Real Estate. Kelly and Daniel have two children and the family resides in Willow Glen.
